How long will it take for you to ship my order?
We will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched within 2 business days of your order being placed. In most cases, however, your order can be sent out the next business day.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this point, we are only shipping to destinations in Canada and the US. We are, however, actively in the process of upgrading our shipping options in order to offer our home and body fragrance products further afield.
Do you offer Express shipping?
We highly recommend ordering your candle(s) at least 9-12 business days (depending on your location) before you will need it. If by chance you still require your order to be expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will adjust shipping for you accordingly. Please be aware though that we can not guarantee shipping times due to our location as well as outside factors that we have no control of.
Do you offer shipping refunds?
Yes, we do. If your order costs less to ship than what you paid, then we will refund you the difference. (Please note that we will be contacting you before refunding the difference in order to get your Paypal details.)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do take every precaution to ensure your candles arrive to you in the same pristine condition they left our studio in. However, If your order arrives to you broken or otherwise damaged, please email us within 7 days. We may require photos of the damage before we offer you a refund or replacement.
If you are local to Kitimat or Terrace, you can pay via bank transfer, or, using Square, your credit or debit card and of course, cash.
