Please read carefully prior to placing your order.
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped from our studio.
We will use the shipping address made available to us during checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure this address is correct. We take no responsibility If an order has been shipped, and the address is incorrect. Replacements will not be provided.
All parcels are sent via Canada Post, Expedited shipping when possible. This does come with a tracking number so you can update the status of your delivery.
Once your order status has been changed to "shipped" and it is in the hands of Canada Post, we do not take responsibility for the parcel. Also, once your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel can be delivered to the requested shipping address and can be collected. Again, if tracking information shows the parcel has been delivered, we will not provide replacements if the order has been lost or stolen.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
We will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched within 2-4 business days of your order being placed.
Do you offer free shipping to Kitimat or Terrace?
We offer complimentary studio pick up for residents of Kitimat and Terrace. For Kitimat residents, we will also happily deliver your order free of charge. Terrace, we will also deliver to you free of charge every week on Wednesday.
(Terrace, please note that if you place your order before 12 noon on Tuesday, we may or may not be able to deliver your order the next day. Under certain circumstances it may be delivered the following Wednesday.)
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this point, we are only shipping to destinations in Canada and the US. We are, however, actively in the process of upgrading our shipping options in order to offer our home and body fragrance products further afield.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Unfortunately, due to our remote location, Express shipping is not available. We highly recommend placing your order at least 9-12 business days prior to when you need it.
Do you offer shipping refunds?
Yes, we do. If your order costs less to ship than what you paid, then we will refund you the difference.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do take every precaution to ensure your order arrives to you in the same pristine condition it left our studio in. However, If your order arrives to you damaged, please email us within 7 days. We may require photos of the damage before we offer you a refund or replacement.
