ORDERING AND PAYMENT

 

Please email us at wholesale@dupreandmoore.com to place your order.  Please include the item name, quantity required, applicable shipping information as well as an email address. Once we have received your order, we will email your invoice via Paypal.  All products are made to order upon receipt of full payment. All products sold are in Canadian Dollars. (CAD)

LEAD TIME

 

Average lead time for production is 4-6 business days, at most.  For orders of 100 or more candles, please contact us prior to placing your order as this may increase the lead time. Rush orders will incur further fees.  Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require it rushed. 

 

TESTERS

 

One tester per product is available for 50% off the wholesale cost.  Testers will be labeled accordingly and are not for resale. 

 

 

SHIPPING

Free shipping for all Canadian orders $500 and above.  All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS, depending on order size, from Kitimat BC.  Complimentary drop off is available in Kitimat & Terrace.  Complimentary order pickup from our studio is also available.  Please advise of your preferred method when you place your order.

 

For international orders, we only ship via Canada Post at this point.   Please note that we have no control over shipping delays for any reason. Customer is responsible for all duties/taxes and fees associated with orders coming into their country. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

We do not accept returns or refunds. Any orders cancelled prior to shipment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Orders can not be cancelled once shipped. Please inspect your delivery as soon as it is received.  Any damages must be claimed within 5 days of delivery.  Photos of damages are required.  Once we have reviewed the claim, we will offer you either store credit, equal to the value of the damaged goods at the time of the original order, to be used towards a future order, or a replacement of the damaged goods.  The shipment of replacements will incur further shipping charges if deemed that the damages occurred due to handling negligence and not due to packing errors.
